What a stunning light house on Rottnest Island, such a great view of it from Pinky’s Beach and easy access from The Discovery Centre Pinky’s where we were staying. Make sure you keep an eye on the current. The first few days the waves stopped you from being able to walk to it. But finally day 3 I was able to walk along the beach then up the stairs to the base of the light house. It’s an easy walk and a lovely view whilst there. It’s safe for children and elderly to walk to it. You can also access it from another point so you don’t have to walk on the beach to get to it. Read moreWe chance upon the lighthouse while trekking along on the island. Superb view and you can view the magnificent waves and clear sapphire blue waters. Beautiful sky that day and I managed to capture great shots there of my family. We tried to have a small picnic there but the seagulls were nasty and pretty persistent.
