We recently traveled to Rottnest Island with Rottnest Fast Ferries and were thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and overall experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly and efficient, making the process seamless.
We appreciated the option to rent bicycles and snorkel gear, which added to our island adventure. Just a heads up - be sure to pay the deposit at the counter to ensure the safe return of your rented items.
One thing to note is that the ferry doesn't have allocated seats, so be sure to check in early to secure your spot. However, this actually worked in our favor as we had the freedom to choose where we wanted to sit! The seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to move around on the ferry, making for a pleasant trip.
The schedule was prompt and on time, which was greatly appreciated. The crew were professional and courteous, ensuring our safety and comfort throughout the journey.
And, a great bonus - you can grab snacks and refreshments at the ferry bar on the ground floor! Perfect for a quick bite or drink before or during your trip.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Rottnest Fast Ferries and would highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Rottnest Island. Keep up the great work!

The old one we were on stinks and the engine noise is SUPER loud, especially on the lower deck. If there was a next time we would go with one of the other companies, mostly for this reason, as the prices are...
