I have gone to this chemist for my parents medications for many years now and have always felt welcomed and well informed by the team! I never really gave the service here the appreciation it deserves until the other day when I went to chemist warehouse out of convenience after one of my parents had been in hospital. What a mistake that was, they told me they could not fill the hospital presciption and told me to go back. When I tried explaining to them that my parents were waiting on this medication they told me that there was nothing they could do. However, on my way home, I stopped by our usual chemist and a young lady pharmacist called Claire told me that they could resolve by issue! The prescription counter service is very rude. I tried to buy eye drop for my mum at quarter to 4pm on 19 Sept 2023. At the beginning a woman said my prescription was overdue, I said I have a repeat left, the date is fine. After her mistake, she tried to say I bought the second one too early which was 7 days after the first one. My mum used 28 drops already , she questioned why I buy the second one so early. I don’t understand, do I have to wait till last drop finished? While I don’t need to arrange my time? And also after saw doctor just in the morning, the doctor said my mum should use drops every two hours. The woman did not listen what I said. The man next to her starts to be rude to me as well. So bad service....
