Connecting Dee Why Beach and Curl Curl Beach, this Coastal Walk is stretching about 1.6 kms with lots of ups and downs. With rocks and tree roots as the nature steps in many sections, this narrow walking trail is a wonderful exercise venue for the locals. Driven by curiosity, I have enjoyed such experiences by participating in this Coastal Walk recently. To my surprises, I was reluctant to embark on the return journey as I had planned earlier due to two major factors: the North Curl Curl Beach is too beautiful to be left behind and I was unwilling to take on the same hilly route again. Personally, I think this Coastal Walk is not suitable for the children and elderly; but for the young and energetic, it could be an adventure! However, I do advise you to avoid bad weather, as the trail might get slippery under the rain. I am uploading several photos with this review, in order to help you to make one's own assessments.

Curl Curl Coastal walk to Dee Why is amazing 🤩. Beautiful day with stunning view. It’s about 1.5km from Curl Curl if you park your car at North Curl Curl Surf Life Saving Club. The entrance walkway just next to the club. The walkway will lead you to the Rockpool and coastal walk. The walkway is awesome and it’s more to the natural surface instead of wooden stairs. It’s up and down all the time but you see the most beautiful view into your eyes 👀. It took us longer time to walk because it’s not a smooth walk way. One way was about 45 minutes depends on the weather too. It’s a great adventure for kids. Great exercise.

A pleasant afternoon walk from Dee Why Beach to Curl Curl. Do make sure to pay the car parking ticket unless you have a Northern Beaches Parking pass. Love the coastal tracks through the bush with the Pacific Ocean on my left. Do bear in mind that the track can be narrow in multiple spots so please give way to those coming up or down the slopes. From the Tea Tree Lookout, which is about 2-thirds of the way to Curl Curl, I could see paragliders landing on the Longreef Headland in the distance. It was a marvellous sight to witness.

Stunningly beautiful coastal walk but always best to do when sunny & when it hasn’t rained in last 3 days. It’s a must do (views are heavenly) but you need to be careful (lots of water puddles even days after rain)

For everyone: wear traction shoes/boots even when it’s sunny (there are lots of sandstones on track which are slippery even when not wet)

For Dog Lovers & Walkers: I’m about to be honest about my “own fault & complete failure” so please read;
