So disappointed. After many great coffees and pastries during the day, we had dinner here. The wine was good but the food was so far from French. The Traditional Onion Soup was tasteless and clearly had no garlic or caramelisation. It was very pale in colour and had a piece of toast on top with tasteless melted cheese. I only ate a third of this soup. The Tartiflette was the worst. Instead of consisting of potato, Larson, garlic, wine and most importantly, Reblochon cheese cooked on its individual cast iron pan, it was a small unseasoned potato gratin with no flavour, or garlic and definitely no Reblochon or lardon. They used some kind of tasteless Brie or something with shards of ham. The Butter Lettuce French salad was also disappointing With no butter lettuce, it consisted of mesculan leaves which I hate and see through slices of radish. Very disappointing and overpriced experience. Total waste of money. It was also so cold I kept my coat on as all doors and windows are open at night in winter. Will not...
Read moreThis is an amazing café located right in front of the ocean, and the view alone is worth the visit. But what makes this place truly special is that it’s not just about the beautiful location—the coffee and food are equally impressive. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the coffee is always smooth and well-made. On top of that, the café itself is stylish and well-designed, with a relaxed coastal vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. Whether you're stopping by for a morning coffee, brunch with friends, or just to soak in the view, See Why offers the perfect mix of atmosphere, quality, and comfort. It's one of those rare spots that delivers on all fronts: taste, aesthetics, and setting. Highly recommended if you're...
Read moreThe lamb in the lamb stew was not cooked properly. None of the fat was rendered and the meat was chewy. The lamb stew and vegetarian pasta both had wayyyyy too much oil added leaving everyone with a very very heavy stomach after eating. The creme brulee was also watery/milky and did not have much texture as you would expect a creme brulee to have, as for the fondue choc pudding it tasted like something youd buy from the supermarket or get from dominos. Atleast the duck was ok according to my friend. Only one chef in the kitchen so can't blame the poor souls working in this place. Luckily we had 50% off for the night from firsttable app but seriously even with that I wouldn't consider it worth the money for...
