*****Homebush DFO: Your Ultimate Outlet Shopping DestinationšŸ’„šŸ’ƒšŸ¼šŸ•ŗšŸ¼šŸ’„šŸ„°šŸ¤—šŸ•ŗšŸ¼šŸ’ƒšŸ¼ Located in the vibrant suburb of Homebush in Sydney, Homebush DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) stands as a beacon of discount shopping, offering a diverse range of brands and products at unbeatable prices. Whether you're a bargain hunter or simply seeking to update your wardrobe, this shopping destination promises an unparalleled retail experience. **Brand Variety (4.5/5):** Homebush DFO boasts an extensive selection of both local and international brands across fashion, accessories, homeware, and more. From renowned fashion labels to popular lifestyle brands, shoppers can explore a diverse range of options to suit every taste and budget. While the variety is impressive, some shoppers may find certain categories lacking in depth compared to larger shopping centers. **Discounts and Deals (5/5):** The main draw of Homebush DFO is undoubtedly its discounted prices and special deals. With discounts ranging from 30% to 70% off regular retail prices, savvy shoppers can score significant savings on their favorite brands and products. The regular promotions and clearance events further enhance the value proposition, making every visit a rewarding shopping experience. **Shopping Experience (4/5):** Navigating the expansive layout of Homebush DFO can be a breeze with its clear signage and well-organized stores. However, during peak times, the center can become crowded, leading to longer wait times at checkout counters and dining areas. Additionally, parking availability may be limited during busy periods, so arriving early or utilizing public transport is advisable. **Dining Options (3.5/5):** While Homebush DFO offers a variety of dining options, including cafes and fast-food outlets, the selection may be limited compared to standalone dining precincts. While convenient for a quick bite between shopping sessions, discerning food enthusiasts may find the options somewhat lacking in culinary diversity and quality. **Accessibility and Amenities (4/5):** Homebush DFO is easily accessible by car, with ample parking spaces available onsite. Additionally, the shopping center is well-serviced by public transport, including buses and trains, making it convenient for shoppers from all corners of Sydney. The center also provides essential amenities such as restrooms, parent rooms, and wheelchair access, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors. **Overall Experience (4.5/5):** Homebush DFO offers an unbeatable combination of discounted shopping, diverse brand offerings, and convenient amenities, making it a must-visit destination for bargain hunters and fashion enthusiasts alike. While certain aspects such as dining options and crowded periods may pose minor inconveniences, the overall value and shopping experience more than compensate for these factors. In conclusion, Homebush DFO stands as a premier outlet shopping destination in Sydney, offering an exciting array of brands, discounts, and amenities for shoppers to enjoy. Whether you're seeking fashion bargains, homeware essentials, or simply a day out with friends and family, this bustling shopping center has something for everyone.

Located at 3-5 Underwood Road, Homebush, New South Wales, Australia šŸ‡¦šŸ‡ŗ This is a great location to come to for all your BIG brand outlet shopping. There is plenty of brands from Versace, Victoria’s Secret, UGG, Strand, Snooze, Smiggle, Road & Gunn, Platypus Shoes, Peter Alexander, Max Mara, Adidas, Nike, Armani, Billabong, Calvin Klein, Ferragamo, GANT and much more. There’s a great little children’s playground situated near the food court which has a small selection of places to eat or drink such as Bamboo Sushi šŸ£, Mad Mex, Roll’d, Maharaja’s Indian Cuisine, Oporto and more as well as a Gellatissimo for a beautiful dessert. Situated throughout the centre is also Lindt Chocolate Outlet, Muffin Break and others. The centre basically consists of 2 main floors with the upper floor holding more shops from what I saw. There’s plenty of seating situated throughout and very good toilet 🚻 facilities including disabled toilets. It’s very wheelchair 🦼 accessible and plenty of parking šŸ…æļø. I wouldn’t say it’s cheaper to come as the sales/specials I saw were pretty much on a par with the same shops in main stream shopping centres. It’s an easy centre to get around. I would definitely recommend visiting. Thumbs up!! šŸ‘šŸ‘

Dirty playground area for kids then parents wonder why are the kids sick???? This area never gets clean. The floor never gets scrubbed the vinyl inside the playground area, it's brown when it should be green and blue, because no one cleaner is scrubbing it. That needs to be done at least every week!!! The floor gets clean every day with just water on the auto scrubbing machine they never use any chemicals on the machine bins overflowing in the food court area with some cockroaches on the walls at the food court. A cleaner that never used a dust collector on the floor before the auto scrubber. The auto scrubber that looks worse than the floor has never been washed or cleaned outside terrible service from the cleaning company and appalling management that has no control over cleaners the work they do and the cleaning company. A few weeks after I visited the shopping center and the floor in the playground area was the same, the cockroaches were still in the toilets and the food court area!!!! Shame less cleaning company!!!!!! Dicusting toilets 26/4/2025 dirty tables never been wiped with cleaners on the phone and following each other pretending to be working es very single day appalling service!!!!!

Great variety and solid deals — worth the trip with a plan

DFO Homebush is a fantastic destination for outlet shopping, offering over 80 stores with discounts up to 70% off on brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Converse, Oroton, Fossil, and Country Road . The center is clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the diverse range of stores.

However, it’s important to approach your visit with a strategy. While there are genuine bargains to be found, not every item is a steal. Some prices are comparable to regular retail or online sales, so it’s wise to know your prices before shopping .

Parking is ample, with over 2,000 spaces and EV charging stations available . Be mindful that only the first two hours are free; fees apply thereafter, and they can increase steeply the longer you stay .

Visiting during peak times, especially on Boxing Day, can be challenging due to large crowds and long queues . Planning your visit during off-peak hours can enhance your shopping experience.

Overall, DFO Homebush offers a wide selection of brands and potential savings. With a bit of preparation and price awareness, it’s a worthwhile spot for bargain hunters.

Would go for a no star. I do not recommend this place as they will rip you off through parking. We entered at 4:03pm after having to wait for 30 mins just to go inside the parking space. After shopping, we decided to go home as they will close at 6pm. I punched out the ticket at 5:56pm. We did not do 2 hours so the parking was still free. Our nightmare began when going out of the shopping centre. We queued for 45 minutes just to get out. When we approached the exit point, there were 3 staff standing by ticket machine. I thought they were assisting but they are there to rip you off as they asked us to pay $10 for the time we had to wait getting out. We are obliged to pay for their incompetency. The staff are rude as we argued that it is not our problem for the hold up. The audacity of the staff to threaten me that he can make the price up if I continue arguing and also to ban me of entering again in that shopping centre. I won’t ever come back not in a million years to that horrible place with those staff they hired acting as a thug. Paying $10 is not the problem as I spent hundreds alone in that centre, it is the principle that it is not the customer’s fault if they couldn’t handle the traffic quickly. The facility should have a system knowing that there will be a lot of shoppers coming especially during the boxing day weekend. From the time we arrived, the staff did not know how to organise the traffic. There were many parking spaces inside, so we do not understand why the queue was very long. It was the same when we were going out. Not to mention that we had to pay $10 for waiting in a long queue just to come out of the shopping centre. It should have been waived as we already have punched out. They should have been reasonable and not penalise their customers for their incompetence. I do not mind the long queue, but making you pay because the shopping centre was very inefficient and does not have any system, that really upsets me. I would not recommend coming here. It will just give...
