Easy to access the White Bay Terminal, by transport. The actual process to embark the ship was a sllloooowwww proceesssss. There was no staff to keep you informed as to what the delay was, and there was a huge delay. There was no access to water, and everyone had already abandoned their access to water. After standing for over an hour, rounded the partition to find the delay was a lack of electronic scanners and a staff member who was very inefficient at the simple process of directing travellers. I felt sorry for families with children, no water no food no explanation to why there was a delay. Definitely a lot of room for improvement at this facility.
