I do not have anything nice to say about this at all! You can’t reach them by phone. I had 2 tickets booked. The trip was cancelled on the next day day due to murky waters. I got a msg saying “Money is being refunded” NEVER WAS! I was just back to Bicheno again so I called on the first day and left ANOTHER msg to call me that I was back in the area (4 weeks later mind you) . That I’d like two tickets or my refunded money from the trip that they cancelled yet never refunded. After about a week on my newest trip we left. Guess what ?!! No calls, texts or refunded money!! I do believe this is a money racket! I would NOT recommend this unless you just want to donate money. Specially when the trip is cancelled on a clear sunny day!. I’d say someone could t be bothered getting...

A very interesting tour! Maitreya is as local as you can get having grown up and still living, fishing, building and running the tour. He knows more about marine life than most fisherman and probably rivals a marine biologist. His knowledge is current and he deeply understands the changes the rest of the world has on the life underwater, especially in Tasmania. The view through the bottom of the boat was crystal clear with plenty to see and Maitreya added interesting commentary to accompany what was in view perfectly. Well worth the money and I was more than happy to pay money to keep the locals...

Extremely disappointed, booked a month in advance only to receive automatic notification on the day of our planned tour that it's cancelled - no further communication, no one answering the phone. Several other people showed up at the boat launch spot also very confused and ultimately disappointed. This tour was a big part of booking our holiday in Bicheno as a Christmas present for our ocean-obsessed very excited 4 year old who is now very upset. I understand last minute emergencies happen, but at least have the decency to face up to your customers and communicate...

We have been coming to bicheno every summer for 15 years and have never thought to try out the boat since it began. Boy where we missing out! The kids and i had a wonderful time seeing the various species of fish, seals, rays and a very lazy shark. The guide is amazing with great local knowlage and 10/10 customer service and interaction. He seems to really love what he does which just makes the experiance so much fun! Price wise it was well worth it and i would reccomend to tourists and summer frequenters like us who have not tryed it out yet. We will be back this summer.

AMAZING! The glass bottom boat is the best i’ve ever been in, huge clear glass area with mirrors either side to expand your vision so even small kids can see. Saw lots of fish, shark, stingray, and seaweed while getting loads of information and history on the area. The guide is passionate and committed to preserving the local ecology and even dives to remove trash from the sea regularly so worth it just to know your money goes to the greater good! Can’t recommend this tour any more highly, it’s a must when in Bicheno!
