I'm not sure why everyone complains it's soo expensive blah blah blah like everywhere is expensive š if you want a free train ride etc then the all day pass gives you that it's only a little more.
We went today for the first time around 10am super packed but still could get around and it started to die off around 12-1pm. The place was very clean, staff running around cleaning as people come & go the food was AMAZING honestly the best š we got a chicken pizza (huge too) more than most restaurants & bigger than dominos it was delish. We also got the chicken burger with chips š amazing again a chicken pasta with mushroom now that made me dribble & some ice cream for the kiddies with a juice box and 2 coffees there is also a station with water & cups salt pepper knives & forks etc Staff were very kind the place was super clean and our 2 kids enjoyed it alot. We did get the all day pass there just incase and there is only 2 toilets with the little one inside next to you! But our experience was great some people just like to complain it's a overall great place for the kids the food is on point for the price & the amount you get plus it wouldn't hurt the complainers to pickup the toys if it's in your way š¤·āāļøš don't like it dont go back, mind you I wouldn't want to be around you anyway while I'm there. There was also a little birthday party there which was fun to see and observe if we ever wanted one. Cost for all day pass was $44.51 for 1 child adult was free. We would have spent 150+ with food etc aswel. But 2 free rides. Make sure to read the rules they are on the website people saying they're not clearly stated they are if your not lazy to look and read the website. Thank you vitaland we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe arrived at 3pm, paid for 2 hours of play, only to be told they close at 4pm. Yes, we shouldāve checked the closing time ā fair enough ā but it wouldāve been helpful if staff had mentioned it or at least a sign somewhere before we paid. We were refunded and charged for just 45 minutes, but werenāt given the ride tickets that were included with the two hour sessions. For the price of entry, I expected a lot more. The setup was good however Our 2- and 3-year-olds spent most of the time wandering around aimlessly, there just wasnāt much to engage or excite them. In comparison, places like Lollipops or Crocs are not only cheaper but actually keep the kids entertained and active⦠when I can finally get my child out of these places, my child usually leaves hot, sweaty, and smiling ā this time they were happy to leave, no tantrum in sight and they were bored.
The state of the place was also disappointing. Toys were scattered everywhere, no order, and not a single staff member seemed to be managing or tidying up the play areas. I saw several parents picking up after other kids just to make some space. Basic cleanliness and organisation were clearly lacking. To top it off, we watched kitchen staff prepping sandwiches and rolls for the next day and putting them straight into the display fridge. It raised questions about freshness and hygiene ā not something Iād be keen to order from. I can now say weāve been, and I can also say I wonāt be going back. Give me Lollipops Bayswater any day over this overpriced and poorly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited Vitaland Kids Cafe at City West after hearing a mix of opinions, and our personal experience was overall very positive. The venue is brand new (only opened a few weeks ago), and it stands out for its cleanliness, safe and cheerful environment for kids. Our child had an amazing time, the food quality was excellent, and the staff were polite and professional.
There are, of course, a few areas for improvement ā particularly the clarity of certain rules (such as additional charges for socks and rides), as well as better table management and internal coordination between staff. However, itās completely understandable to see some organizational hiccups in the first few weeks of a new business.
As for pricing, itās a relative matter based on supply and demand. While it may seem slightly high to some, we found it reasonable given the quality of the space and services.
In short, we recommend giving this place a try and allowing it the chance to grow. With ongoing improvements, it has the potential to become one of Perthās best family-friendly...
