Wow! If you want to experience some peace and healing in your life, try the Autum Breeze special. First, you change from your shoes to bath slippers and choose your essential oil blend for the special. This was my first time here and the treatment started with a warm fragrant foot bath. Then, you are shown to a room where you remove your clothes except for your underwear and lie face down on a warm bed/table. I covered myself with a towel but a robe would have been nice. Maybe not necessary though because they cover you with a sheet during the massage. She started on my back, then went to my feet and lower legs. Then my arms and hands and finished with my head and shoulders. My therapist, Ms. Ben and her magic hands had the intuition and skill to recognize my trouble spots. They take your shoes and socks first, give you slippers, and give you a traditional Thai foot bath. Next I was taken to my treatment room where I changed into a robe. I had half an hour in the Tepidarium first, where they offered tea, water, or juice before leaving me to relax. Next I had an hour full body massage, which really worked wonders on my neck and lower back pain. After the massage I was sent to the garden area for fruit and tea, which really helped smooth my post-massage transition back to reality.
I will definitely...
