CHAMICHI, BANANI — Attraction in Dhaka Metropolitan

The flavour is good. Pearls tend to be hard when ordered later in the day like in the evening (probably a sign that it was made way earlier in the day). When the pearls are fresh, they’re really good though. On a side note, their pearls cost 20tk more than Chatime but they give a smaller quantity. I just can’t justify hard pearls for 100tk.

There is room for improvement in customization options: -chamicheese should be available as an add on like pearls/aloe vera/etc (I would’ve liked to add chamicheese to the plain green tea) -some drinks already come with toppings like pearl or jelly, I should be able to substitute it for another topping at no cost or slight charge and I should be able to order the drink without the topping (I wanted to order the coffe latte...

Visited there 2 times. 1st time the experience was good. I liked the behavior of the staff, the drinks were tasty and the environment was calm! But 2nd time the experience was not that good! The staff were yelling and arguing with each other about something! So the environment got noisy which was very irritating for me. I expected more professional behavior in this...

The banani store was an absolute disappointment. I usually go to the Dhanmondi store and the service is way better there. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake drink with extra pearls. As you can see in the pics I couldn’t have a good portion of the drink and it took waay longer to serve this. I will certainly avoid this branch and this drink...
