Chillox is one of the best burger places in Dhaka for sure. Burger, fries,shakes and everything else is pretty good in my opinion. The place ,i won't say the interior is great but it's quite nice and price is not to expensive, I might even say price is reasonable . Overall a decent place to sit down and have quality burgers & shakes. The food was quite delicious ,i ordered chicken cheese delight burger , a double layered chicken burger oozes with their signature mayo and cheese, bun was soft and good ,fries was in good amount I can safely say that it's perhaps the best food i have had . Their shakes are also very tasty. I recommended to see the menu before giving any order. Their service is also very good ,once i have a men's hair in the burger so i called them and let them to have a look in the burger so they were very much sorry for the situation and instantly changed the burger with a new one though i already finished half of the burger. I went to your Banani outlet recently. The place is seriously cramped with a lot of people standing just beside the tables waiting to sit. It feels extremely awkward, because people don't just come to eat at leave, people come to hand out. The burger was ok, but not as good as I expected for the price. The burger patty disappointed me. It was looking good in size but when I gave it a bite I realized the size was achieved by sponging the patty. There wasn't much inside it. Your rivals Takeout offers better at the same price. What annoyed me most is that the place was also dirty. There was only one staff with a dirty towel moving around for cleaning with a grumpy face - a sight only to be seen at a bhater hotel. I had to ask him three times just to get my table cleaned. The guy at the counter is also not well behaved. There should have been more space in front of the counter. I will probably never...
