Papageno statue — Attraction in Bruges

Just in front of the City Theatre (Stadsschouwburg) there is a statue of Papageno, the fictional character from Mozart's Magic Flute. This is a fun monument to find while browsing the streets of Bruges.

This Papageno statue is a nice depiction of the bird catcher, holding his panpipes in his right hand and a small cage with his catch in the other. А недалеко от театра есть очень милая скульптура, которая изображает мальчика с птичьей клеткой в одной руке и с дудочками (флейтами?) в другой, в шапке с головой птицы, с крыльями за спиной.
