FlyO‘Land Car Riding — Attraction in British Columbia

While my children thoroughly enjoyed the facility, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding inconsistencies in your pricing structure. On our visit, the initial charge of $31 CAD for one child was followed by an additional $31 CAD for each of my two other children. I understood that accompanying adults were admitted free of charge, an assumption seemingly confirmed by the initial transaction. However, we were subsequently charged $10 CAD for my husband's entry into the waiting area.

This inconsistency in pricing, coupled with the manner in which the additional charge was levied, was unsatisfactory. The abrupt request for payment after my husband had already entered the waiting area created a negative experience. While the children's enjoyment of the facility warrants positive feedback, the lack of clear and consistent pricing, and the less-than-professional handling of the situation, requires attention. The location with the bouncy house has a lazy worker who closed early today because of “rats”, a hole in the bouncy castle, the cars need charging, she had to catch the bus, and all the other excuses under the sun. It is posted by the door that their hours are open until 9pm. I feel Sorry for the owners as when I called the number posted, I was told that were supposed to be open. Bad for business. No posted explanation, no posted emergency sorry we’re closed, nothing. Terrible business. Not to mention being overpriced. What a gimmick. This is a joke of a business. Stay clear.

That said, the other location with the larger ride-ons had an incredible worker who goes above and beyond. Too bad the better ride-ons aren't on this side.

I saw some reviews mentioned about the over charging but it didn’t happen on me. I had a great time with the ride and the staffs were very friendly and attentively, as soon as we paid, we chose our vehicle, and the staff even helped us to take few photos. When we returned the vehicle, we drove back and parked where we started and a staff already standing there waiting to stop the timer in your vehicle.
