Madison Centre — Attraction in Burnaby

I usually don’t have any major issues with Canada Post locations, including this one at 113-1899 Rosser Ave, Burnaby (SHEFIELD & SONS #62) although their service isn’t exceptional — they rarely answer phone calls, and the voicemail is always full.

However, I had a terrible experience a few days ago with the female employee at the service desk. She was extremely rude and unwilling to help. I completely agree with other reviews mentioning that she becomes defensive very quickly. I strongly dislike unprofessional and confrontational customer service, which ultimately drives customers to visit other Canada Post locations instead.

She reflects poorly on the company, and I truly hope Canada Post provides better training on professionalism and treating customers...

It's well run. Security is good and adequate but not everywhere, just enough. Parking is pretty good and lots of options if you've come from enough directions to figure out how to get in/out of all the various parking places and garages. It can be a maze in there and i do have quibbles about the layout of their direction/map displays or whatever, they're not logical. But sometimes neither am i, so...overall it's great because it's got a very good international mix of places and nice food court and if you visit there's not much you won't be able to find. Except your car, turn on the parking location assist or what you have available, you may need it. Ask me...
