The Pros= Anyways Enough Rambling what I one of the Things that I Love about this Mall is that you could have limited Contact with the Outside if You Parked at the Former James Short And Now The Dimond Parkade? By taking a Series of Overhead Passageways. And as for the Mall Itself the Store that I Love the Best is the Soon to be Hudson’s Bay. Because every time that I Walk in there I just Feel Rich so Rich In Fact that I Like to Pretend that I could Anything and Everything that I wanted. And that’s Not All Every time that I go in there I also Feel that I should be Wearing a Business Suit as I Feel that I work at a Lavish Office Building. Talking about Quarterly Earnings and Logistics and Knowing what the Costumer would want and how to Promote that Product that we’re trying to Sell, with Minimum Cost to us and all of that. And a Big Part of that Has to do with the Decor of the Soon To Be Hudson’s Bay. That and Also I Love How I always Feel Like I’ve Just Traveled Back In Time whenever I walk In to the Hudson’s Bay.
But moving on to the Rest of the Mall My Next Favorite Place to Visit in the Mall is the Devonian Gardens. As it’s Not Only Always Feels so Calm and Peaceful there but also I always Feel Like I’ve some how Transported from the Mall and in to some where else. Like the Calgary Zoo. And as a Child I Just Enjoyed Feeding All of the Fishes With the Fish Food that Comes Out of those Gumball Machines. And I Still Enjoy it Now every time that I go in to that Mall In Fact I Like To Make It A Point to go in to the Devonian Gardens for that Exact Purpose, I could see why a lot of Couples Have and Probably Choose to have Their Weddings At The Devonian Gardens. Now Moving on to My Own Personal Favorite Place in this Mall to Complete The Trinity of my Favorite Places for this Mall. It’s Not Really a Store or a Place that You could go in to like the Devonian Gardens or The Hudson’s Bay, It’s More Like a Section of the Mall.
And the Section that I’m Referring to is the Area in the Mall where you could Look Down and See All Of The Cars Going By. With the Help of Glass, as to me they all Look Like Toy Cars to me and when I was a Kid I’ve always Imagine them being Magical Toy Cars. And as for the rest of the Mall I Really Like How Large it is so much so it Almost it could be a Comparison to WEM (West Edmonton Mall). And as for walking in it there’s just something that I Personally Enjoy about it More than any Other Malls. And I Obviously been to a Lot I’m a 90’s Kid after all, but besides that there’s just something about this Mall that I Personally Enjoy walking and Shopping in it. And of Course it makes Perfect Sense that This Place Would Have a Multi Level Parking. And that should do it for the Pros.
The Cons= As Great as this Mall is Sadly there’s Still some Downsides to it, such as it just Worries me whenever I have to Cross the Street to Get In To The Mall. As I’m always Worried About Being Hit By a On Coming C-Train, Obviously the Chances of that Happening is Pretty Slim if Both Me and the Formation C-Train Fallow the Rules. The when you Finally Reach the Mall I Just Hate How The Vacuum for the Revolving Doors are So Strong you would be Forced to Use All Of Your Might Just to Get it to Move. And as for the Layout of the Food Court I’m just Simple Not A Fan Of it. And that should do it for the Cons.
Final Thoughts= Again this Mall is One My Favorite Malls To Shop and Visit. So My Opinions was Basically Based Upon That. And Remember These Are Just My Own Personal Views and Opinions and Yours Could be Deferent And that Okay Too By Me. And that Should...

During my recent trip to Calgary, I had the pleasure of visiting the CORE Shopping Centre, and it quickly became one of my favorite places in the city. Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, the mall is a perfect blend of luxury shopping, casual dining, and vibrant atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot for anyone in the area.
The first thing that struck me as I entered the CORE was its stunning architecture. The mall is housed in a beautiful glass atrium, with natural light pouring in from the top. It gives the entire space an airy, open feel. As I walked through the entrance, I immediately noticed the vibrant mix of high-end stores, trendy boutiques, and local shops. Whether you're looking for designer clothing, electronics, or unique local gifts, there's something for everyone here.
I had set aside a few hours to shop, but I wasn’t expecting the experience to be so enjoyable. I began by exploring the luxury fashion stores, where I found everything from high-end brands to cutting-edge fashion. I spent quite some time browsing the stores, admiring the collections, and even trying on a few pieces. The customer service at the stores was top-notch; I felt well taken care of, and there was never any rush.
One of the highlights of my visit was when I stumbled upon a charming local jewelry boutique on the second floor. The artisan jewelry pieces caught my eye, and I ended up buying a unique bracelet as a souvenir. The staff at the boutique shared the stories behind some of their pieces, which made the shopping experience even more special. It was one of those moments where I found a meaningful keepsake to remember my trip.
After a few hours of shopping, I was ready for a break. The food court at CORE Shopping Centre offered a wide range of options, from fast casual to more upscale dining. I opted for a delicious sushi bowl, which was fresh and flavorful. The seating area was spacious, and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere while relaxing and watching people go by.
As I continued to explore the mall, I was impressed by how well-maintained the entire space was. It wasn’t overly crowded, and the layout made it easy to navigate, with wide walkways and plenty of seating areas. There were also plenty of restrooms, which I appreciated during my shopping excursion.
Before I left, I made sure to visit the CORE’s rooftop garden, a hidden gem. The garden offered a peaceful escape with beautiful views of downtown Calgary. I took a few moments to sit on one of the benches, take in the scenery, and reflect on the amazing day I had.
Overall, CORE Shopping Centre is more than just a shopping destination—it's an experience. From its beautiful architecture to the diverse shopping and dining options, it’s the perfect place to spend a few hours or an entire day. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Calgary. It was definitely a highlight of my trip, and I look forward to returning on...
Read moreThe mall is amazing. I love the Devonian gardens, food court is great, same with the shops in general. However, some people here are very creepy and rude. I was walking at the mall and I passed by a store called Paragon. I passed it because I was trying to get to the gardens. The worker there stopped me and wanted to ask me a question. I didn't want to be rude so I stopped to listen to him, he started talking to me for almost 10 minutes, wasting my time and showing me skin care products which I completely do not care about. I have no interest in this store whatsoever. He then tried to sell me some perfume for over 400 dollars. That is extremely expensive and I would not buy it either way. I told him I don't have the money which I don't. He then pressured me into buying a perfume that I completely do not want. He tried to reduce the price with the help of the manager and when I said I don't have the money and that I have to go, he kept trying to get me to stay and encouraged me to use a credit card even though I don't have one. He appeared to try to take advantage of me, probably because I'm young. He was money hungry and literally tried to prevent me from leaving until I would pay him for the perfume. I finally left without buying it. His English was a bit poor so he may have thought I accepted the perfume even though I clearly stated that I cannot afford, nor did I care to. But the mall itself is good, but if you pass by the Paragon, please do not bother talking to this person. He will waste your time and pressure you into buying extremely expensive things. Overall I was very...
