Collingwood Olive Oil Co. — Attraction in Collingwood

Took a friends recommendation and drove up here from Toronto. It was not difficult to find, located on a cute little strip in collingwood (a lot to do on that strip)

It was a little intimidating upon walking in, but we were almost immediately greeted by a lovely olive oil and vinegar enthusiast that made us feel at ease, walking us through the entire process

Everything I tried was delicious. The representative was really very versed on all their product

I am thrilled to discover Collingwood Olive Oil Co. not only for their flavours of balsamic and olive oil, but their balsamic vinegars are aged longer giving greater flavour and density, which is what I had been searching for since I tried similar on the west coast! Great selection of oils and balsamics. You can buy in three different sizes. Plus, there is always a good selection of tiny bottles packaged for trying new flavours. Usually you can taste any flavour before you buy (not sure about COVID rules). Staff are always helpful and knowledgable, and not pushy. Store also has a good selection of other things - sauces, canned fruit/veggies, jams, charcuterie...
