The UPS Store — Attraction in Hamilton

Unfortunately this seems to be happening to many other people at this location which is incredibly disappointing. I had put my trust into this establishment to ship out a package which was intended to arrive by a certain date (I would’ve paid extra if needed) but was reassured all would be fine. I wasn’t even given a tracking number and after multiple times trying to contact the store I finally received a # which indicated the package was being returned to the original store. As tracking said a few days later it had been received at the store, once again after multiple times trying to call, he said it isn’t at the store and would be making its way to my house. That was not the case as it sat in the store for multiple weeks under the assumption it went missing. AGIAN. Multiple attempts, paying for parking etc we finally were able to get in the store after the guy saying our package wasn’t in the store and us physically seeing the package in the back and making him grab it. Please use another location to ship your items as this one is clearly unreliable. I was really happy when I learned of the convenience that this store was opening in my area which definitely isn’t the case anymore. Waste of time,...

And the store is closed again...what's going on...is this place closed closed or is it opened part-time only? Please update the working hours as it is frustrating that we come to the store for pickup or drop off and it's closed without any information. We now have 2 UPS stores in community within less than a kilometer which in itself is ridiculous and this new store is always closed or have no fixed working hours....avoid this store as it seems that they don't care for the customer's time and hassle to go to the store to find out it is closed.....I have started going back to my original UPS store on 140 King St E which is like 700 meters from this store and they are always open...

I have no idea how they made that mistake.

I was there for the first time shipping my passport for temporary visitor visa. I double checked all the paperwork, but somehow the return label ended up with an address I’ve never written—or even heard of. This delayed my passport in Ottawa and almost jeopardized my travel plans.

What made it worse is that they are unable to void that label but "offered" me to send another return label to Ottawa for 50% off. Thank you very much I'd rather buy the online label than risking my time and money again.
