I truly cannot rave enough about Nadia and this amazing company she runs. Firstly everything is ethically sourced and radiates love. Any interaction you have with Nadia is priceless, she is so warm and you immediately feel at ease. I have been purchasing crystals and jewelry from Stone and Shadow since September and I am always blown away with the product selection, pricing and most importantly the customer service. I have yet to attend any of Nadia’s classes but I’m so excited for when things are safe to attend! I wanted to mention how quickly and efficiently Nadia was able to adapt to finding another platform to provide her amazing services on. Everything Nadia does comes purely from her beautiful soul and you can truly feel that. I am so thankful to have a lovely shop like Stone and Shadow just around the corner from my house. Responding to a Comment that was left in regards to the presale. I made an initial inquiry on your presale the day before and you had posted that you would honor that until noon which you are correct my final inquiry was at 11:27 only due to the fact it took you so long to respond. So on top of your not honoring your words you have now lied to try and save face and make me look bad.

I asked if an item that was $42 could be sold for $40. The issue does not lie with the fact I was not sold the item for the lower price the issue is that you never responded which is just poor service thus the 1 star rating.

I get running a business is stressful but if you cant handle the heat stay out of the kitchen. Poor business practice is not a good reason to make excuses and lie to make me look like the bad guy.

Anyone looking for credible service and a shop run by someone with integrity please...
