Kelowna Visitor Centre — Attraction in Kelowna

Tourism Kelowna Visitor Centre is a amazing place, sitting in a beautiful views of the skies and mountains and it is close by to the boardwalk seawall, the staffs in person is too friendly and kind like me is greatest and is knowledgeable about everything Kelowna and the THOM OKGN Valley and is the great to get maps but their paper tear-off maps are very illustrative, colourful, and diverse to know where you can find but I love their maps and an array of merchandise such as "Love for Kelowna", I love this building and I love Kelowna, known for me personally is fruit-picking (many fruits like you're doing grocery shopping at many orchards), mountains and city views, hiking, on the beach, dipping ourselves on the river, and scenic driving views on the Beautiful Thompson...

Went to the visitor center while on a trip to Kelowna, although it was neat and clean there was not enough options to purchase souvenirs. The store assistants were not of much help as they were busy talking among themselves, I hope they consider paying attention to customers once in a while.

We bought a magnet which seems to be from "Republic West" as it looked nice but the glue that had been used to stick it with the packaging is industrial strength. You can see in the pictures how badly it is stuck with the magnet, I haven't been able to get it off even with 'goo gone'. It is a suggestion that you could use a lesser strength glue or at least think of more ingenious ways...

We were walking along the boardwalk and saw the Kelowna Visitor Centre and thought it would be fun to check inside and so glad we did! It was not only full of great ideas to do in the area and several kind/helpful staff (like Ki!) It also had the cutest gift shop with a great selection of souvenirs. Really cute, stylish sweaters, shirts, magnets, stickers, postcards, mugs/cups, etc. and my favorite…. super soft and cute OGOPOGO PLUSHIES🤗! It felt like a really great curated boutique!
