Ogopogo Parasail — Attraction in Kelowna

I recently had the pleasure of going parasailing, and it was an experience of a lifetime! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized and safe. The staff were professional, friendly, and made sure we were well-informed about all safety procedures before we took off.

Once I was in the air, the experience was nothing short of magical. The ascent was smooth and gentle, and as I soared higher, I was treated to breathtaking views of the coastline and the sparkling lake below. The combination of the thrilling height and the serene gliding sensation was absolutely perfect.

The entire parasailing adventure lasted around 10-15 minutes, but it felt much longer in the best way possible. It was a wonderful mix of excitement and tranquility, offering a unique perspective of the area that you can't get any other way.

I highly recommend this parasailing experience to anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure. We had such a smooth and lovely parasailing experience with Ogopogos Parasail! From start to finish, everything was perfectly on time and well-organized. The check-in was easy, the boat was ready for us right on schedule, and the whole process felt safe and professional.

A big shout-out to Bryce and Sebastian, who were on board with us—they were friendly, clear in their instructions, and made us feel completely at ease. They explained everything step-by-step, so even first-timers like us could just relax and enjoy.

The ride itself was peaceful and breathtaking, with a smooth takeoff and landing. No sudden jolts—just calm, floating views over the lake and mountains. You can really tell they care about making the experience both safe and fun.

It was first time parasailing for me and my family. Greatly enjoyed the thrill. Especially when they dip you into the water a little, right at the end of the ride. The 2 captains were knowledegable and pleasant.

I really really really do not like the tipping culture of this tourist place. When we spent a whopping $400 for 4 tickets, it's a huge amount for me. And the machine asks for a minimum of 10% tip ($40) to the persons who just issue ticket? What's the logic in that? And then another tipping box on the boat. Which makes more sense, because the captains actually did the physical work by tieing us and harnessing us safely. So,I tipped them for their hard work.

I suggest the management to remive the tipping at the ticketing office as it makes customers like me very very uncomfortable.
