Cones are huge but thick and not tasty at all. I like the waffle cone of Amore better. Quality of the cones should be improved. Tried their chocolate ice cream. Single scoop is $4.99 and waffle cone for $0.99. So a total of $6.29 with tax. Parlour ice cream gives double scoop for 7.35 with taxes but without a cone and the portioning is huge. Huge variety at Moolix unlike other ice cream parlors. They also have few dairy free variants. Taste of the ice cream is good but the names of some of the flavors are strange like Tiger Ice Cream. Names not explained anywhere and it's not feasible to keep asking what they meant or consist of. Service is friendly but they rush through! They have scrapped kids scoop which used to be $2 less and have made kids scoop as a regular scoop which is so bad. They made regular scoop for $4.99 and reduced the size of it, not done at all. Opt for other parlours who give more for your buck! (Double scoop chocolate ice cream pic attached) Double scoop in a cup is $7.45 with taxes. You can see how less it is!!

I recently visited Moo-Lix ice cream shop. While enjoying my ice cream, I discovered a black curly hair in it. Understandably grossed out, I immediately brought it to the attention of the manager at the counter. To my surprise, instead of apologizing and offering a resolution, the manager told me to simply throw it out. This lack of concern for hygiene was disheartening.

After discarding the contaminated ice cream, I requested a refund since I had lost my appetite at that point. Shockingly, the manager denied my request, claiming they "don't do refunds" at their establishment. Despite expressing my disappointment and distress, the manager showed no empathy and refused to provide a satisfactory solution.

As a result, I ended up paying for an ice cream I couldn't even eat due to the unsanitary discovery. The whole experience left me feeling unappreciated as a customer and disheartened by the lack of basic customer service.

It is evident that the manager at Moo-Lix ice cream shop prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and hygiene. This level of disregard for customers' concerns is truly disheartening and should not be tolerated.
