Canโ€™t seem to find a way to get a hold of someone but just wanted to say first and foremost my kiddo is good. We were there yesterday and as I was at the bottom of the portion you climb up with the rope watching my kiddo consider jumping off, the staff decided to fill it up with air. This meant the little raft they have was up against the other side of the structure (unknown to me and most of us). They did a good job trying to get everyone off with the exception that the kid who decided to fill it up, had the boat right up against the structure. Next thing I heard was my kid screaming and when I came around, he was stuck between the boat and the structure, with the staff completely ignoring him. I quickly jumped in the water and had to try and keep pushing this boat away so that it wasnโ€™t on top of my kid. The staff had no sense of urgency except to keep his boat close to the structure. I asked my son if he was ok and it turned out that when he was trying to get off the slide part, he fell off and landed on the boat (8-10โ€™ down) on his leg and fell in. Zero care. Zero sense of urgency. Zero follow up. Zero checking in to see if he was ok. Seemingly completely clueless and unprofessional individual and poor safety protocol on company. Day was Sunday August 28th about 2:00pm. My recommendation is to not bring that boat anywhere near any structure until it is completely cleared. Will be reaching out to other sources just to make sure this isnโ€™t neglected and can be dealt with so it doesnโ€™t...

This is a great way to spend a half (or full) day in Osoyoos. We have been here twice in the last two summers (kids 12 & 9), but this year wasnโ€™t as fun as we remembered.

The staff are friendly and good at equipping the kids with life jackets. The lifeguards on the Wibit were attentive, but the Wibit itself was damaged and very deflated in several spots, and there were piles of bird sht all over the place. I understand thereโ€™s not much they can do to control the seagulls, but it would be nice if staff could clean some of the larger patches of bird sht and ensure itโ€™s sufficiently inflated before little kids climbed all over it.

My day on the park ended when I fell off and landed directly on my ankle in less than 4 feet of water, badly twisting it and making it impossible to walk or climb back up. Iโ€™m still nursing that injury a few days later. We were at the Kelowna Splash BC park a few days earlier and it was plenty deep enough for bigger kids (like me). On the other hand, Kelowna was insanely busy and the Osoyoos park always has plenty of room to play without worrying about lines or smaller kids getting trampled by bigger kids.

Overall, this is a fun outing for little kids, but due to the shallow depth of the water at this particular location, I wonโ€™t be joining my kids next time. Please pay attention to these minor maintenance issues (cleaning and inflating).

Also, if youโ€™re going, get the socks! They make all...

The Kelowna WIBIT is hands-down one of our familyโ€™s favorite summer activities! Every time we visit Kelowna, itโ€™s at the top of my kidsโ€™ must-do list. Itโ€™s fun, challenging, and a great way to burn off energy on a hot day. The price is excellent value, especially if you have older kids who can spend several hours out there. For younger children who might only manage an hour or two, it can feel a bit pricey โ€” but still worth the experience. The course is huge and impressively close to the shore, making it easy for parents to keep an eye on the action. It does get very busy, but it felt well-managed overall. There were plenty of lifejackets available and staff seemed attentive.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

Parking at City Park can be tough, and the beach gets crowded, so definitely plan to arrive early. The biggest downside for us was the check-in process. Even though we prepaid online, we still had to wait in the same line as those purchasing tickets on-site. Having a separate line for prepaid guests would make things much smoother and more efficient. Despite that hiccup, we had a blast and will absolutely be back again next summer. A must-visit for...

It is located close to the waterfront park. โœ… Common paid parking for cars are available. ๐Ÿš™ Itโ€™s not a water park, they just created floating air filled tubes inside lake openly. On purchasing $30 ticket ๐ŸŽŸ, life vests will be provided & you can just walk on that platform. Very minor slides ๐Ÿ› for kids are available. I would not prefer to spent $30 for this one. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Because people can move around this park & they can take a bath or any water Activities in this lake, only difference is wearing life vests. ๐Ÿคช You can make your choice. ๐Ÿค“

Not for the faint of heart. And if you're over 20, I highly recommend you get the water socks. You don't need to be looking like a crazy person slipping and sliding while you're chasing your kids around. One kid went home with a slight case of whiplash from slipping off. One of the features and one of the parents went home with a very sore shoulder and neck. Still a lot of fun
