Worst location and worst customer service. This lady was very rude and did not even bother to show any remorse. My friend and I drove all the way from Oakville to go skating as the google maps said that the rink is open until 10pm. Once I approached this lady she said “cant you see the rink is for a school only?” And when I said that “I see other adults so it’s confusing” she gave even more attitude and said “they brought they’re own, well it’s closed until 4pm to the public”. How is someone supposed to know if a public rink is closed for a school only. There was no sign on the stand to at least warn and it’s not like she was too busy to be frustrated and give attitude to anyone that just shows up assuming an “open rink” rental place is closed at the very moment that they decide to come by. Very belittling and condescending of her to be this way. Very rude and I hope something is done to at least prevent this inconvenience to anyone else because it was not a pleasant experience as a human and she should mind her manners for someone who should know better. We as customers cannot read minds or predict nor should she assume we would know it’s closed by looking at the majority in age currently on the ice. Rude is an understatement, nothing wrong with treating people with kindness and empathy what kind of human being is...
Read moreAt Celebration Square's skating rink, you can have a blast skating around with friends and family. Even if you're not a pro skater, that's okay because they have skates aids you can rent right there for $10 each. So, you can just show up and start gliding across the ice! It's all set up with pretty lights, music and there are places to take a break and warm up if you get chilly. Plus, you can grab some hot chocolate nearby which we couldn’t-try, to keep you going. It's a super fun way to spend a day in the winter, making memories and having a good time!
Warning! Keep the skate aids close someone can steal it unknowingly. But those are still numbered which makes easy to locate.
You will find staff on the rink wearing fluorescent jackets to help you and trust me they have amazing skating skills!!!

Read moreCelebration Square located in the heart of Mississauga downtown repurposes it's splash pad into a picturesque outdoor ice skating venue during winter. The area is large enough and can easily accomodate a large number of skaters. The ice surface is maintained very well and the Zamboni regularly cleans the ice, the rink maintenance is better as compared to other public outdoor rinks. The facility is ideal for individuals at any skill level, whether they're just starting out or seasoned experts on the ice. Additionally, the heated area provides a cozy retreat for warming up. The underground parking is free during the weekends. A must-visit destination for a fun outdoor activity during...
