I would give zero stars but that isnāt an option. Placed a pickup order to be picked up at the store today. Hours of operations say 11 am to 6 pm. Itās also listed in the confirmation email I called to confirm this morning and told them I would be there by 5:30. They told me where to park and call the store number. Called and called several time with no answer. Went inside the mall to see what is going on the store was closed and the lights were off. The phone was ringing continuously as everyone was coming to pick up after work there was another individual standing outside the store also trying to get his order. I needed it for my pick up time.I checked the email and called the store cell and well and sent a text. Called back several times with no response. Worse service ever for a prestigious chocolate brand no sign on the door even if they had to close earlier itās just a common courtesy or common sense if you ask me to put up a sign.
