first off, i went here to sell sneakers and met someone ahead of me trying to do the same thing. but i was stunned upon entering the store to discover how unprofessional the girl behind the counter was in her conduct. she appeared to be limited in her vocabulary and conduct as she was laughing in the customers face at the fact that his shoes were “fake” which lead me to wonder if the owners are hiring randoms off of the street to conduct business transactions on their behalf. when it was my turn, i had a total of 3 pairs of shoes to sell, and was told my shoes are “beat” & “fake” when in fact the condition of my shoes was exceptional and not to mention bought from a reputable retailer (footlocker). this lead me to wonder, if this girl is even equipped with the proper expertise required to do her job. cause if thats not the case, she’s losing the store money and eradicating it’s customer base, off of first impressions, customer experience and conduct alone. afterwards, she preceded to offer me $20 for one of my pairs that she said was fake (laughable). why would you then offer me money for something you deemed fake? hotbox needs to get their employees in check and conduct thorough interviews for hires because that experience alone turned me off. headed to the other reseller store (plus) the following weekend where they authenticated and purchased every pair that i had with me for reasonable prices. money on spot too with professional employees...
   Read moreAll I have to say is that your employees need to be trained with customer service skills, my husband and son went in to purchase some shoes asked for help and was not helpful at all, was just giving one word answer and was not eager to help at all.. he basically was not interested to help and we have purchased plenty of times there and use the key master plenty of times! So sorry you have lost us as a customer and that same day I took my business to plus. Maybe your employee thought we didn't have money to spend and my husband and son was just asking questions , but actually they were there to buy. I definitely feel like your employee was being very judgemental. I love hot box, my boys and husband found alot of great items there but I think we are done going...

Phone doesnt work most times so dont bother calling, and even if u speak to a manager or someone who claims to be dont expect them to follow through on there word. Drove almost 2 hours for them not to have the shoes they posted on their Ig. They didnt update socials or website and like i said there phone wouldnt even work for me to ask them a 2 second question and save my time. Instead of fixing there phone or updating the socials to reflect the situation there staff is more concerned about making tik tok videos and chattin to eachother about there weekend plans. Highly recommend anywhere else, from Plus to OutOfThisWorld anywhere else is better...
