This is specifically for Unit 1402. Im not sure, how i can give reviews related to the owner. The name of the owner is gennady. He literally kept our full last month rent without any fault of ours. We got the property in 2024 and left it on May 2025. We painted one wall in the apartment but we made sure we asked him before making any changes. He agreed so we made the changes. Before leaving the property, we asked him 3 times to confirm, if the changes needed to be reversed so that we can do paint it back to the original color. He said leave it as it is. Even on the day of moving out, we were cleaning the property and his agent came in and she told us “NOT TO WASTE TIME CLEANING THE PROPERTY AS PROFESSIONAL WILL COME AND CLEAN THE PROPERTY”. We left the property as it is.

Now, after 10 days he said he wont give our deposit back because the property wasnt cleaned properly and also we made changes without his consent. We literally have everything written but he wont listen to us and said he already made all the arrangements with cleaning company and wont give us our deposit back. He kept our whole money with no fault of our own. We offered them to even paint the wall back and remove all the changes but looks like, he made the excuse to not give us our deposit back. I would never recommend anyone to rent this...

Too many fire alarms.. like every other day! Super loud inside the unit... This building is a joke. Hot tub has been closed since day 1.. Never available. They won't let you use the Pool table at the roof top. Every building has access to a pool table where residents/ unit owners can book and play. Elevators are the slowest ones i have been in super slow and takes forever.. The most cheap elevators you could ever get.

Atleast fix the pool table access, hot tub operating and minimize the fire alarms please as this would fix...

Great building management. Equipped with gym and swimming pool along with Studio for Yoga 🧘‍♂️. 5 store of indoor parking and visitor parking is allowed in the ground floor. Security is quit helpful and they are always smiling ☺️. Location is nearby all necessary outlets (Walmart, square one just across the street, pharmacy and clinic in the building side, mini market is available also). One thing: the apartment are quite small...
