I purchased on Groupon for the hair Botox. I went with my friend and the lady was very nice. She explained that the product is organic and it will help repair the dead ends and such. I waited like she said 72 hours before washing my hair and to purchase a sulfate free shampoo. I washed my hair and it is looking smooth and I noticed the hair is drying faster than usual. I give it 4 star because I went with my friend for a 4:15pm appointment and we waited until 4:40pm because there was only one hair stylist. I couldnt have imagined a hair cut this bad in my nightmares. I asked for layers with the shortest layer starting 5 cm below my chin in the front and forming a V in the back. In the picture you can see that my shortest layer is at the level of my eye. I basically have bangs on the back of my head. In addition, the strands of hair in the top layer are all of various lengths. Si je pouvais donner 0 ETOILES je le ferai. J'étais allée au Salon Bella pour un lissage brézilien. J'ai parlé plusieurs fois de lissage brésilien avec la dame pour m'assurer que le traitement fonctionnera et j'ai suivi tous les consils qu'elle m'a donné. J'ai donc lavé mes cheveux trois jours après le lissage brésilien et ils sont immediatement redevenus frisés. J'ai tout de suite appelé le salon et la dame me dit que le traitement ne marche pas immédiatement et qu'il faut attendre quelque temps! J'ai attendu 1 MOIS et aucun changement, mes cheveux sont juste devenu pire. J'ai rappelé et je suis restée 15 minutes au téléphone avec elle sans qu'elle ne m'écoute. Je suis donc retourné au salon et imaginez-vous ce qu'elle me dit. Elle a osé me dire que je ne suis jamais allée pour un lissage brézilien mais pour un autre traitement que je ne savais meme pas existé! Sois elle a vraiment une mémoire de poisson rouge, sois elle m'a vraiment pris pour une idiote. Pour en finir n'allez pas chez elle!
