Morning staff is a charmed most of them are ladies and actually smiled at you. They understand your order and pay attention on how it's served overall really good hot breakfast. BRAVO to MORNING staff. Although, 6PM staff is the total opposite workers keep chitchatting in arabic like old ladies instead of serving drinks 1st as it's supposed to be. Burgers once served were warmish and I ended up without any drink. These days basic customer service is hard to find and keep it. Lot of business have close bcuz of that no workers. Nowadays, you notice a lot of incompetence and non chalance from the workers they simply don't care. It's a shame since It's very well located but there's so many choices around marché central. I'll think twice before going there...

Dude like 45 minutes for a hurger and they don’t even know whats happening. I hate leaving negative reviews, but fast food should never take longer than going and get real food.

The level of incompetence was actually quite impressive if it wasn’t so sad tbh. They didn’t even communicate properly through the drve through. I’ve never felt the need to write a review but this one takes the cake.

The old drive through people were much better they dropped the ball hard at this location considering I came here for almost a decade and it was never this bad. How many times do I have to tell you my prder after taking it 5 times

Went on a Tuesday night around 9pm or so, i ordered the 3 chicken strips with fries and a drink. The strips were flat and very thin, the fries were somewhat cold and the root beer was flat, no ice and warm. Totally unacceptable! Usually we have no problems at this A&W but this time around those older ladies who were working that night had no idea what they were doing and the food was not prepared as they should have been.
