Arkad Amusement — Attraction in Montreal

Honestly this arcade is so disappointing, there's literally 3 options nearby that have more room, better prices, better games and oh yeah better prizes too.

The only reason this arcade made any money is because amusement 2k left montreal and forum closed, but now they can't measure up to the competition.

The game selection shows a clear lack of respect towards their customers, and I cannot find a single reason to go to this business instead of other ones.

They push away the communities, they don't offer better deals, there are no specials and the minimum price you can get isn't cheaper than any of the competitors and their selection isn't more varied or interesting.

It's like they tried to replace the small arcade you can spend 5$ at during your lunch break but with the premium pricing and none of the quality of those bigger arcades.

Truly a spit...

I had a lot of fun time everytime I go there with friends 😁🫶

It's a pretty tidy environment and feel very difficult to walk around there but has a varieties games to play with at such as some shooting game, the punching bag, the basketball , the dance dance dance revolution game, etc !! Just a bit hot there but I think that due to have the place often be crowed, it's very hot even if they left the door open (even in the winter time) is still feel pretty hot the place we were sweating there but I guess it's normal 😅

They don't have that many games at this arcade to play at so sometimes we have to wait our turn and wish they had more prizes available to choose from but sometimes they change their prizes so I'll probably come back another time with friends to see if they have different prizes to trade...

Lesson Learnt!!

This arcade is good no doubts. Me and my family had a lot of fun and came here multiple times. However my hard earned tickets were wasted, I redeemed my 5000 tickets for a toy which my kid chose just to find at home that it was was damaged. I even went to the center just to be told by staff earn extra points to get a new one.

This was not something I was expecting after my hard earned tickets were wasted for no fault of mine and leaving my kid unhappy of the win they won by playing at the Arkad Amusement.

Update - Changing my review ratings since Frank was very prompt in resolving my issue. It was really nice of him to get in touch with me to understand the gravity of the issue and resolve same at the earliest. A big shout out and thanks to Frank...
