I’ve visited this attraction multiple times with friends and I would definitely recommend it to others. The go-karts are fast, the track is smooth and easy to drive on, the lap-counting system is reliable and the most of the staff are extremely friendly.

The reason I say most of is because of an experience I had with one of the employees. They worked outside and collected the tickets for the laps. I’m not sure whether to begin with his rude behaviour or clear incompetence. The area where all the go-karts are parked is also where the person collects the tickets. While I was slowing down, he seemed to be walking back from the track from the left. He had enough time to get back to where he was supposed to be to collect my ticket because I’d just entered the area. But instead he stopped right in front of where I’m supposed to stop (to hand my ticket) and then when I’m forced to stop unexpectedly, he got evidently frustrated with me.

The rest of the time there, he also made it clear that he developed some sort of hostility towards me by rolling his eyes while I was struggling to rip off the ticket and making rude comments such as “Thank you, just run me over” whenever I’d, again, park next to the board he was supposed to stand on and was nowhere near hitting him.

It really disappoints me I had to include that experience in my review. I’m aware that it was only one staff member but it still significantly decreased my...

Get ready for this epic review by ya boi sam mickey… put on your seatbelt and put on a helmet because that is required here… duh! Today I went on the most astonishing adventure of my life. This go-kart ride was the joy I have been looking for. It brought tears to my eyes by how exciting it was, and the fact that I could NOT bring my baby, my love the Double Bacon Smokehouse Burger and the coveted fries from McDonald(the happiest place on Earth). Although this upset me the employees allowed me a have a minute to eat the rest of my betrothed(yes still the burger). I devoured the beautiful burger in about five seconds and then offered some fries to an employee, but she politely declined so I had to eat the large fries because they should never be wasted under any circumstance. Once on the ride, I ran into a nine-year-old (I’m guessing), and that was traumatizing because she cost me the win. I came in second place to her mom, so I had to explain to her mother that her devil child cost me the win, and her mom said: “She is 10… she actually belongs on this ride”. I like a rational person told her that her daughter was a horrible human being. After this experience, I went to McDonald's which made the day so much better. You might think that I didn’t go back, but I did and got first place knocking the tiniest children out of my...

Can't do it. My family has been going there for years. And it was always on the to-do list when family visited from out of town. But not any more.

It was closing in on 8:00 pm (August 30) and was getting dark. The staff refused to turn on the lights because they said they wanted to close early. The closing time on the web-site as well as posted elsewhere is 10:00 pm. It got so dark (and the track was wet from rain earlier in the day) that you couldn't clearly see the other race cars or the employees as they ran across the track to free stuck racers. We simply had to leave early even though we still had plenty of unused tickets.

I had written directly to the company but after two weeks it's obvious they have no intention of replying to or addressing these important concerns.

Regarding the mini putt, even though they still took our money when buying online, a few of the holes were damaged and not playable. Not that we were be able to play as they would not turn on the lights.

Not only is this just bad management but incredibly unsafe for both the workers and the patrons. Honestly, I think they should be shut down until proper safety protocols are in place. And whomever was in charge that day should be terminated. I will be raising my concerns with the City of Niagara...

I had a very easy time ordering my tickets online. They were delivered via email and you can scan them once you arrive. They have a mini putt option alongside the go karts themselves but we did not try it out this visit. The staff were really great and accommodating they really know their stuff. They are following all covid protocols. They provide you with a hairnet after checking in, you then get your helmet and wait in line . The pit crew explain the rules and then you get to choose which cart you would like . A double kart that is deemed the safe cart with one speed or the formula 1 carts that go faster and are single rider. You then get I your cart and the staff will make sure you are buckled in safely before you start your ride. The track is 1km and each time you go around you give a ticket to the pit crew to continue on. There is a pocket on the kart to hold your tickets. You pay by lap which you can choose when ordering tickets . There are height and age requirements to drive alone . I did hear mention of at least 10 years old. And I believe for the formula 1 you need to be 5 feet tall (which I am not). It was a decent track There were a few pushy drivers but that is in no way the businesses fault. All in all it was a good experience.

A great spot to turn some laps on decent equipment. The track is long and they have 2 types of carts to choose from. The Formula 1 carts are higher performance and they also have an age and height requirement, while also must be driven solo. The "slower" carts are still fast and easier to control (steer). These carts can be driven with a parent and child together. I want to note, that even the "slower" carts are MUCH faster than the other go-cart track near the falls. The price is on-par with the excitement you will get from go-carting on the track. The staff are helpful and look out for your safety. They won't tolerate people driving in a way which is a danger to themselves or anyone else on the track, however they turn a blind eye to a little fun with your buddy here and there. A recommendation I have is, if possible, bring your own helmet. Yes, they offer hair nets which most other places do not, and this is my preference. You won't be disappointed in your choice to ride at Niagara Go-Carts, its conveniently located minutes from the falls off McLeod Rd. Mini-putt onhand for anyone not into go-carts.

I can say this is the best go-karts I've ever tried in my life, and not only in Canada. They are pretty fast, and you can feel the wind blowing in your face while driving at maximum speed. I suggest booking the tickets online in advance as you're getting an extra three laps. For nine laps, the total driving time was approximately 15 to 20 minutes, which is more than enough. The cars are super fast, especially formula one cars, but I would definitely recommend grabbing some glasses as it is really tough to see when you're behind another car, as all the debris is coming straight to your face. There are options to drive with the kid and two seated cars if you want something like this. In terms of pricing, I would say it is definitely worth it as I've paid around $30 after tax for a 20-minute high adrenaline right on a fast go-kart, so I definitely recommend this place 👍🏼
