The store has a great selection but the staff’s attitude is awful.

When I rang the bell for the locked change room I stood waiting and even made eye contact with an employee walking past and was ignored. When that same employer finally came over several minutes later they said “are you waiting for me?” Pretending they did not see me earlier standing and waiting with a handful of clothes.

After grabbing new sizes, I rang the bell again and a different staff member, Lee Ann, came. She was extremely unfriendly, had an annoyed look on her face, and barely spoke other than “how many” and “lock your door.”

At the self checkout, one item rang in at the wrong price so we asked the cashier, Antoinette, for help. She sighed and came over, changing the price of the wrong item - making a $4 item $7 instead. We had to call her over again but she started helping someone else so we waited and waited and got frustrated so we just cancelled the transaction and went to the regular cashier line.

A line was now forming so Lee Ann from the change room (who was monotone and unfriendly) came up and started to cash us out.

It honesty feels like the staff here hate their jobs and treat customers like an inconvenience. I understand what it feels like to work a long day, but the attitude of these employees is straight up rude. Do not go to this store expecting any friendly interaction from staff or...

Beautiful store & well kept ! However the staff is incredibly rude. I was there at 10:30 this morning and went to cash out, the two cashiers (an older lady and a younger lady) were chatting with each other so I opted for the self checkout. One of my items wasn’t scanning properly so I had to ask for help. The younger cashier walks over and asks if a skirt that was hanging on a rack for the reusable bags off to the left of the cash register is mine. I politely decline as it wasn’t, nor do I know who put it there. The older cashier behind me asks the cashier who was helping me if that was mine, I didn’t hear a response and my back was turned as I had continued scanning my items. Then the older cashier loudly stated that she didn’t see it there before, so where would it have come from !?!… Implying that I had lied about the item being mine? They both continued to watch me like a hawk while I finished cashing myself out and received nasty looks as I left.

Made me feel super uncomfortable and honestly a little upset. I will be travelling to the other side of the city to use the other location moving forward. Staff definitely seemed annoyed to be doing their job today, even though I went to the self checkout to not interrupt their...

Feeling great that I finally know the name of the lady who is disrespectful, unprofessional and straight up evil: Antionette. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of her but you’ll know who she is when you go in. Today Saturday July 8th around 12:20pm I was using the self checkout as was a lady behind us and we were both having problems with the self checkout machine and needed “assistance” and a nice employee came over and helped us and then moments later Antionette comes over and starts critiquing and yelling at her coworker saying that she wasn’t doing it right (even though SHE WAS) and bombarded her way through us and let out a annoyed sigh and was very disrespectful and rude to this other employee. Antionette also was rude to the lady using the self checkout behind us and all she was doing was sighing, rolling her eyes and being mean to the coworkers around and the shoppers. It makes for a real uncomfortable situation. Whoever owns this particular store better look into firing her because this woman does not know how to treat coworker’s, employees and shoppers. I don’t know if she is the manager there but i promise you if you keep giving off that look it’s only gonna get you...
