This review is for Rose Nails in Niagara Square. Worst place to get nails done! If I could give this place a negative I certainly would do so. Went in for a simple shellac change. I didn't even bother finishing my nails. The nail technician was extremely rude. When I pointed out that she had not removed all the nail polish prior to applying the gel she argued with me and refused to remove the excess polish. Next, she proceeded to apply the new coat and dropped the paint brush twice! Once on her lap and once on the floor and continued to use the same brush to apply polish to my nails. Unbelievable! I had told her that there was dirt and hair sticking to my nails and she argued with me over this as well! She tried to tell me that my nail was "bumpy" and that is why the polish was not going on smoothly. Are you joking??? Enough was enough so I told her I would not like to continue and I would pay for whatever she had done to my nails this far as I was totally done with this place and her attitude. As I tried to leave she actually grabbed my hand and pulled me back to try and dry the nail polish! I told her to let go of my hand and stop pulling me. She charged me $20 for basically NOTHING! I have never been so upset at an establishment before! I was honestly shaking when I left! Do yourselves a favor and NEVER go to this nail salon! By the way this is my FIRST bad review of anyyyyy establishment EVER and I truly hope...
Read moreNow I don't want to sit here and ramble on but I will say a little bit right now so here it goes. When I got home today I got a notification saying that I visited the Niagara Square today and how was it. How was it? I didn't go there today. I took a bus which goes to the hub behind the Niagara Square. I have written my review for that hun that I was at today a few weeks ago. I figured because my location is always on for Google Local Guides I tend to get a notification for everywhere I was at our around. I don't mind writing A review for all the places but you can only do so many reviews for places, no? I do happen to enjoy going to the Niagara Square anyways. I love going to the movie theater there when I just want a quiet chill night with my hubby. It's nice to go to the stores that are there still. If you want a nice time shopping then I would suggest going to the Niagara Square also. Never know what item or deals you might find there. Best thing about the Niagara Square is that outside of the mall itself, there is a Mandarin restaurant! I love eating there. Who doesn't like a buffet style dinner of Chinese food and Canadian food?! It is so good. So if you ever want to have a relaxed time shopping then I highly recommend going to the...
Read moreWas a good experience, not great. Watched the new Bollywood movie and loved it. Theatre was empty and had maybe 20ppl. The audio was not that loud and clear. We were actually having a hard time listening. The seats are not at all comfortable. They don't go fully back.
Snacks didn't taste fresh and the popcorn butter area was messed up and it was smelling. All the workers hate their job. Washrooms are not cleaned And u can tell. Super rude it’s disgusting. Only come here because it’s the only one in the city without having to drive 20 mins out of the city. Do better or quit ur job if u don’t like it. They need to work on customer service.
They need to renovate this place as it looks pretty old and bad. I would recommend checking another cineplex. It's better to drive 30 min rather than not...
