Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Attraction in Ontario

I have been to numerous Real Fruit Bubble Tea locations in Toronto and never had an issue with their drinks. So when I heard one would be opening in Windsor, I was excited to try, but was utterly disappointed by my experience there. Although you’re able to order through the kiosk and the area is quite clean, it does not make up for the bad drink. I ordered the mango diamond slush and to start, the drink was not sweet and felt watered down in comparison to other diamond slushes in the greater Toronto area. In addition, there was very little mango pieces within and there was no flavour to the tapioca. Usually, the tapioca is black and is often cooked in brown sugar to provide some sweetness, but this location does not do so. The lack of flavour in the drink and the tapioca itself was truly disappointing and I will not be returning to this location...

I am generally not a picky customer and rarely make a fuss. However, during my recent visit, I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie, but I was mistakenly given a strawberry banana smoothie instead. When I returned to address the issue, the staff member was dismissive and insisted I had ordered strawberry banana, refusing to correct the order unless I purchased a new one. I explained that I have a mild allergy to bananas and that is why it isn't possible I ordered a strawberry banana, but his response was simply, “Take care,” delivered in an unprofessional and rude manner. Today just I ordered Avocado smoothie with selected coconut powder and fresh avocados less sugar less milk less ice but still meshed up with my order. No taste fill like water and very cold and I paid extra for fresh Avocado and didn’t use. I didn’t fill that it is smoothie. They don’t understand smoothie should be thick not like tea. I paid 13.99 for that didn’t worth it. very poor quality and low customer service , not paying attention for order before making it.
