Fujitec Elevator - Toronto (CAN HQ) — Attraction in Richmond Hill

Absolute disgrace of a company. I live in Jade (33 shore breeze dr.). There is currently someone stuck in the elevator for over an hour and no eta on service to arrive. This has happened at least a few times. Another incident, a service man is leaving after working on the elevators and tells security not to call him if it breaks again. It broke as he walked out the door. We have been down to 2 elevators for over 2 months because you tried to over quote the repair for $500k. After investigation by and an auditor it was no where near that much. We’ve been waiting all this time still to get back to 3 elevators makes living in this building feel like you are trapped. Don’t know how you sleep at night running such a company with no value in your customers. Have fun settling all the law suits in...

Reckless Driving and Illegal Behavior!

This morning, I witnessed the driver of a vehicle from your company (license plate BW63100) at 8:29 AM made an illegal right turn at the intersection of Eglinton Ave W (Eastbound) and Old Forest Hill Road, where right turns are clearly prohibited between 7-9 AM. As a law-abiding citizen, I have already submitted video evidence of this incident to the Toronto Police Service non-emergency line, and they will address the matter.

It is shocking and disappointing that a company like Fujitec, which prides itself on professionalism, employs such reckless individuals. This raises serious doubts about your company’s management and quality control. Without strict action against this behavior, it will be impossible to restore...

Not sure if these guys work or what... they seems to be kidding with Jade building residents... We're since oct 15th with one elevator out and their response time and part availability is awful... When they fix one thing they find another one broken.. one elevator is out since oct 15th and their initial eta was Oct 17... It's almost december and elevator still not working... when the part arrived they found they needed another part... each week they tell different excuses... What kind of "elevator repair company" takes more than 1 1/2 month (so far, bc the elevator is still not working lol) to start fixing an elevator? I tell you: Fujitec. Run! Meanwhile, we're with 2 elevators and 1 of them is always in service......
