Fantastic Party Supply Store in Surrey!

I recently visited the Party City located in Strawberry Hills, Surrey, BC, on 120 St, and I have to say, this store exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were more than willing to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Whether you're planning a birthday party, Halloween event, or any other celebration, this place has it all!

First off, the selection is absolutely incredible. I went in looking for Halloween costumes, and I was amazed by the wide variety of choices they had for all age groups—children, teens, and adults alike. From spooky costumes to fun and creative ones, they really have something for everyone. The costumes are well-organized, and it’s easy to find different sizes and styles. I even saw some great accessories to complete any look.

What really impressed me, though, was the birthday party supplies section. They offer a fantastic assortment of themed party decorations, balloons, tableware, and party favors. Whether you’re looking for something classic or something more unique, you’ll find it here. I was specifically looking for a kids' birthday theme, and they had so many options—from Disney to superheroes to more generic themes. The products are all high-quality, and the pricing is reasonable, which made it easy to get everything I needed without breaking the bank.

Went to the store to get some of the stuff that showed in stock online, went to the isle looking for them but couldn’t find any of the items, went to the front to ask the sales (a girl named Ardeep or something) to check in their system, the sales took a quick look in the system and said it’s in stock so go check the isle again. Went back to the same isle, triple checked, nothing there, went back to the sales and she said then the items might be in the back, so I asked if she could please check the back for me. She returned with a curt no, when asked why not? She said there’s a lot of stuff in the back and if they didn’t know the location of the item, they are not going to go back there just to check. And told me again to check the isles more carefully and if it’s not there it’s not there, and said there’s nothing they can do.

Not sure if any of that were true that they really can’t check the items in the back because “there are lot of tote bags in the back and if we don’t know which one, we can’t find it”. But they get zero effort for trying.

The store manager or assistant manager was just as rude without any care for their customers. She gave me the death glare and a huge attitude. By far the worst customer service. The Coquitlam one is...

Went to this specific location for getting helium balloons for my sister’s baby shower for gender reveal. We paid for everything and we were told to fill the confetti by ourselves( which is understandable as it takes time and they are usually busy). They totally ruined the gender reveal as when my sister popped the balloons at baby shower, the rest of the balloons were fine but the one with blue confetti to reveal that its a boy, had nothing in it at all. We filled it with blue confetti but they took it all out. If they had taken it out probably because it was overfilled, they should not be that stupid to take everything out and leave no glitter in the balloon. A manager named something like ‘Elissa’ ( cannot remember her name) totally freaked out and made us freak out as well. Whereas I guess managers are supposed to handle the situation and find the best possible solution instead of just freaking out the customers. I don’t understand why is she even on the managerial position. Had worst service provided by her. The associates were way better than her during the situation. Well the occasion was ruined but just adding an edit as the GM of that store refunded us the entire...
