Not a bad "mall". To be honest, it's just a food court with a few scattered store units on the ground floor and basement floor. The mall itself is pretty well maintained and clean. There is also parking here that people may not realize as the entrance is on one of the side streets. It's also a convenient mall that is connected to the PATH system which is nice. You can get to Union Station via the PATH system to avoid the weather.
Basement Floor: The food court has an alright amount of choices. It's not Eaton Centre quality food, but it's definitely not as busy as Eaton's. So you could go there for the less busy Tim Horton's. There are several homeless folks that do gather here to panhandle at the food court but security is fairly on top of it.
