Kiokii and... — Attraction in Toronto

i came in wanting to redo a WHOLE skincare routine bc i saw this place on tiktok lol its a super cute store!

however i wanna write abt the one employee who did the most for me, her name was kayla(idk if thats how you spell it i kind of just asked for her name but she was wearing a red turtleneck today) she went above and beyond bec i talk and ask a lottttt of questions, but she seemed so happy to answer all of them and take the time out of her shift to educate me on which products did what, what i should look out for, and what i should focus on when i discussed my problem areas. you can tell she really loves skincare too, she was so enthusiastic when she talked about her experience with different products in the store as well. i told her if i were to come back, i'd come straight for her and only her

she is a model employee, and i'm grateful she spent her time to help me out, i'll be visiting again to chat with her soon :) if you ever need skincare advice, kayla is someone who will talk to you in a friendly and respectful way while...

ZERO STAR IF I COULD!!! Last Sunday (April, 14th), I went to this store with my 5-year-old daughter after her friend’s birthday party. Arrived at the store around 5 pm to purchase the Rice toner and the Rice Face Mask. As soon as we entered the store we were followed by one of the staff members. Then after a few minutes, another staff member came and told me that my daughter put lip balm in her pocket. I asked my daughter if she put the stuff in her pocket and she said “Nooo..Mommy it is my toy from the birthday party”. My daughter was being accused of stealing. Unbelievable!!

According to the Ontario Human Rights Code, “every person has a right to equal treatment services, goods and facilities, without discrimination because of race.”

Anyhow, I ordered the Rice Toner and the mask from Amazon with a better price and same-day delivery. Do not ever step foot into this store, unless you want to be treated...

So happy to see a location opened here at STC. The one at Eaton centre is always so packed. I came here bright and early, 10:30AM Thursday, and I was probably their first customer of the day.

They have a variety of Asian beauty and care products such as skincare, makeup, soap, lotion, face masks, hair accessories, and even plushies, snacks, and dishware. The selection all looks cute and makes me want to buy everything. Hopefully the products I bought were good too. Fingers crossed!

My favourite part of this visit was that the employees weren't trying to upsell or follow you around to try to get you to buy something but they were THERE and present and AVAILABLE if you had any questions and they were able to provide helpful answers.
