I went to this store twice , and unfortunately, both times I had bad experiences for different reasons. The first issue was that, although their products and materials were good quality, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and how they treated customers. It was really discouraging.

The second issue today was that they were selling a 28% pistachio gaz for $6 more than another Iranian store. I asked them for a price match, and not only did they refuse, they also claimed that the other store changes their expiration dates. Besides the fact that it’s really unprofessional to badmouth another store, it’s also ridiculous that they’re charging $6 more for the exact same product, same brand, same model of 28% pistachio gaz. The item I was looking for (and some others) didn’t have a price tag, which isn’t acceptable. Also, the display is poorly arranged — instead of showcasing the nuts, it feels like the containers are the main items for sale, with a few nuts thrown in as an afterthought.
