Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Been a costumer for many years here i finally give up and no longer going to be a costumer.The older lady wendy shes very rude stubborn and arrogant, i had problems with 2 fountain drinks that were flat and bitter i go to tell her cashier that and her cashier changed for me no problem but wendy took notice and talked to her in mandarin i believe and intervened saying that the drinks were good and she had changed the machine she begins to argue with me how im wrong and shes losing money by giving me different drinks which i paid for? And all this arguing infront of other customers as i talk to her she turns her back and starts to talk in mandarin, blames me for asking the wrong things i asked her its for here gives me to go box i ask her no ice she gives me ice so she just dumps ice off and fills back up and when i asked for new drinks she goes off saying that i wasted 3 times the drinks so she isnt paying attention and its not my fault that the machine has no co2 she has no customer service at all its time for her to retire she micro manages the portions too to her staff the food was lukewarm and definitely not fresh like they claim to be. So much for the new RE-OPENING the owner is oblivious or dont check up with the location And the new drinks were still flat and bitter and i ended up throwing the 2 drinks away anyways i wont be surprise if they close down i dont recommend this place anymore i spent 40 dollars on just 2 people overpriced food not fresh and customer service is lack luster save your money Update food is good at opening and when busy fresh portion come out but portions will always be a problem you get packed more of rice or chow mein than the 2 items you get i will be customer but not as frequently there are better and cheaper options...

I visited this location around 6:10 PM and attempted to place an order through the app, only to find it marked as "closed," despite the restaurant clearly being open. When I approached the counter to ask about the issue, the staff showed little interest in assisting. I was told that they only fulfill orders received through the system and had no control over technical issues, which left me feeling dismissed. There was zero accountability, zero interest in resolving the issue, and no basic courtesy.

Rather than escalate the matter, I decided to place an order in person. I chose the three-item combo (one noodle and two entrees), one of which was the honey chicken. However, What I received was laughable: nine tiny pieces of chicken. For a full-price combo, this is completely unacceptable and nowhere near the portions served at other Manchu Wok locations.

The overall service felt rushed and disengaged, possibly due to the staff being eager to wrap up for the day as the mall neared closing time (they close at 7). The team appeared inexperienced or poorly trained, and the customer service reflected that.

This was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the dismissive attitude, subpar service, and embarrassingly small portion sizes, this location completely fails to meet even the most basic expectations. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest others take their...

Langley willowbrook location manchu wok has NO service AND disgusting and old food. Today i tried their so called signature honey garlic chicken and go chu jeng chicken all i can say is HORRIBLE! I had a bite and had to spit it out!! The chicken was old, cold and just gross! I took it back at first they kept saying its not bad! If u want we can warm it up for you!!! What in the world! And then tried to manipulate me to give me a new one but all i wanted was refund not their horrible food. The server Carla has the worst attitude and she is unapologetically unprofessional in dealing with customers in these kind of situations and definitely doesn’t deserve being in front dealing with people. Manchu wok head office please let your boss know this lady is no good for their business. Do yourself a favour of not getting sick n dont go to this place.
