Taste: the food is ok. Not authentic Thai, fast food type.

Service: I give 1 star. The long orange hair female cashier was very impatient towards us and kept asking me to speak louder even though there was no other customer except us. And I was sure that my voice was not that low...

She asked us to select the sizes of the noodles which don't have specifications on the menu. And I asked her what the size differences between two sizes, she replied: the price!....and still didn't give us any answers about the size or the price....

Alright... last visit to that place for sure. Who wants to pay for a bad service and attitude when we have better choices.

As a customer service representative to your restaurant, your attitude and service can truly impact the business and reputation unless the owner don't care because it's only a food...

Ordered the beef and it came pre-breaded, reheated in the deep fryer and then served with some flash sautéed vegetables and rice. It is coated in a pre-bottled sauce, which is sweeter than a candy-cane. I didn’t ask for a refund, but didn’t finish my food. I went to express to the kitchen staff my feelings towards this meal with hopes they might make it better for the next person... that was a mistake, their response was “that’s how we are told to make it” and they walked away and pretended to not hear me. I asked them if they cared to hear about my opinion so that the next time they make the dish it could be better, they said no. Do I recommend this $16 dish? No. *Update: This menu item is still on the menu and staff still hasn’t been re-trained in customer service skills. Shame #ThaiFood...

Specifically asked if I could have a super spicy red curry and she said yes. when I got my food, the curry was sweet and the rice was under cooked. The curry was bland at best. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I understand that it's food court food but at $14 per serving, they are out to rip us off and give us the bare minimum. AVOID!!!

After company response: I did fill out your form simultaneously and you are well aware of it. You have no solution. Your staff basically lied that they were able to make the food super spicy when they only have the pre-made sauce and unable to adjust its spice level. Just tell the truth and let the customer decide. Disgusting...
