Carousel Theatre for Young People — Attraction in Vancouver

We have enjoyed this theatre and there is magic to live theatre and we came back because we enjoyed shows: three little pigs, gruff, few others. But tonight’s show we just left - Snow White was a disaster and really lacked imagination and awe. It was two actors back and forth and desperately trying too hard to be entertaining and 45 mins into it back and forth the dialogue was boring and dull and the dialogue not child friendly. When the quality of acting and production is nothing magical: no choreography , musicality and drawf characters it was 2 actors it was substandard to the Snow White theme story.

It was so bad we left 45 mins into the play. Even if we stayed longer this was not going to get better. This is not a kid friendly play and pretty dry.

Save your money. Absolutely waste of time, parking and money. This is unfortunate offering over the holidays for children. Be mindful some of the content very preachy. Even with gruff about capitalism etc but was entertaining. If we wanted to be educated and preached to we would go elsewhere and would not pay.
