Ceperley Park Playground — Attraction in Vancouver

I love to take my son there. So many great things to play on for toddlers and young children. Huge open field for kicking or throwing a ball around. The beach and pool are right there during the summer and the concession, with washrooms is right beside the play area. Perfect spot to spend a few hours. Only catch is the pay parking in Stanley park which can be a challenge to get in the afternoon in the summer.

• Watch out for the EasyPark guys. They are predators. I was just getting my kid out of the car and to a safe place and they already pulled up to ticket me. Hadn't been out of the car for 15 seconds. Kid had a bathroom emergency the other day as we were driving through the park and I didn't pay before we were making our way to the washrooms. Before we were 50ft away from the car I got a ticket. It is clear they are parked and waiting to get people. Hope you don't need to step away from your vehicle for a minute before paying or it will be an expensive trip to the park. Had to...
