I was so excited to hear that CHICHA San Chen has opened a branch in Vancouver! This brand is known for its high-quality tea and unique brewing machines, which always deliver a top-notch experience. Today was our second visit. The store is small but has a clean and modern design, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Ordering is convenient—you can either place your order at the counter or use the self-service kiosk. I ordered a Green Tea with pearls, no sugar and less ice. The tea was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with a rich, clean taste that really stood out. The pearls were perfectly chewy and complemented the tea beautifully. We also tried the Dong Ding Oolong Milk Tea with pearls, which was just as smooth and delicious. While we were waiting for our drinks, a male staff member noticed we were sitting outside with our dog. Since it was a particularly hot day, he kindly brought out a bowl of water for our dog @instpebs. That thoughtful gesture really impressed us and showed how caring and attentive the staff are. Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality tea and great customer service!

Checked out Chicha San Chen near Oakridge, which just opened last Saturday. Their milk tea is infused-style, and the black pearl is probably the best we’ve had in Vancouver—perfect texture and chew! Also tried the fresh tea selections as well, both passion fruit and mango. They’re good, refreshing but not something I’d go out of my way for, as many bubble tea spots offer similar or better options for my taste preference at the same price or less. Overall, highly recommend their milk tea! I’ve got nothing to complain tbh. Our experience was a good one and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back as it’s close to our neighborhood.

I ordered bubble volcano (hot) on Uber eat, when it delivered I found that there is only 4/5 cup. I don’t know why this happened, maybe because no ice means less? I think this point should be mentioned directly in the product’s introduction. I tried to call the manager directly but there is no phone number showing in google and Uber eat, also no information in ig account. Hope you can add the information soon so that customers can attach u directly instead of leaving comments here without choice.

ChiCha San Chen is hands down one of the best bubble tea spots I’ve ever been to! Their tea is incredibly fresh, with a rich aroma and bold flavors that truly set them apart. You can tell they take their tea seriously, from the high-quality leaves to the customizable brew options that let you choose your tea strength and sweetness level.

I tried the Dong Ding Oolong Milk Tea with bubbles, and it was smooth, fragrant, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right! The tapioca pearls were soft, chewy, and cooked to perfection. The attention to detail in every drink makes each sip a delight.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me pick the perfect tea based on my preferences. The shop itself is clean, modern, and inviting, making it a great place to chill or grab a quick drink.

If you're a bubble tea lover or a tea purist, this place is a MUST-VISIT. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors! Highly...

I’ve been craving a good fruit tea since coming back from China, and nothing has really hit—until now.

I tried the Formosa Fruit Tea from ChiCha San Chen for the first time, and honestly, it’s soooo delicious—maybe even better than what I had in China! The flavours are perfectly balanced, super refreshing, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality of the tea and fresh fruit.

Also, huge shoutout to Michael, the wonderful owner! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his products and genuinely seems to care about both his customers and staff. It makes the experience even better when you know a place is run with such passion.

If you’re looking for the fruit tea that actually hits, this is it. Can’t wait to come back...
