So ancient you cant even email them. Also so hard to find in google maps it doesnt match name of the place. The receptionists are terrible - this hasnt changed after several months of continuous problems. For example: When the doctor herself told me she was accepting new patients i went to the front - i saw they even had a paper put up saying to ask them for new patient intake form so i did. They told me to call tomorrow . I said ok.
I had my husband call the next day and they made him wait over 20 minutes - told him to call the next day and hung up. Im already an existing patient here. The next day husband calls again. Same thing happened. Third time he called they just suddenly say sorry it’s full - no new patients allowed.
Ok so how is that possible when 3 days ago they had space and we tried and followed instructions and they failed us.
Example 2 - 3 months later. Doctor told me to go to this website online to fill out form and referred me to this place. We hadnt received results in over 2 weeks so she says she will ask receptionists to ask the centre and i will call them as well. Instead the receptions call me and ask for the info they should already have. I said the centre is email only they dont have a phone number and asked if i could forward the email address. They responded rudely they dont have email. It’s 2025….

When they lost my blood work requisition, I asked them to email it to me or LifeLabs directly, and they could not because they "don't use email." They only can fax. It's the year 2020 and this clinic doesn't use email? It's embarrassing. Read moreI’ve been having a lot of trouble communicating with the receptionists. They are really unhelpful and borderline rude. I have been trying to set up an appointment over the phone so I can access my ultrasound results while travelling long term overseas. It took 2 calls to find out that the doctor doesn’t take telephone appointments because they are not covered my msp. I was led to believe that I can only access my imaging results in person. However, I’ve since learned through my own research about BC health gateway, an online platform that lets patients access their health data (including imaging results) directly. I wish the receptionists were more empathetic and less dismissive, and more knowledgeable?! They should know about BC...
