Facilities Everything is pretty good here, nothing really special. It's definitely pushing capacity, there are very few quiet times at this gym.
If you're someone looking to use treadmills or stationary bikes, or nautilus machines I think you'll find it pretty accessible.
If you like using squat racks you're likely going to have to wait, they did introduce sign up sheets which have been really helpful to combat people who take inexplicable 10 minute rests after each set.
With all that said it's definitely one of the better-priced gyms and you are able to use any of the other city facilities.
I can't comment on the change room or shower, i usually just head home to tidy up,
Staff I haven't used of any of the managed fitness services (trainers) , but the people who run the front desk and oversee the gym are always...
