I recently visited Nailologist Lounge for a full set of gel nail extensions and a deluxe pedicure, and I can confidently say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had.

For my gel extensions, the nail technician was incredibly professional and clearly experienced. She took the time to shape my nails to perfection and helped me choose a color and design that matched both my personal style and the occasion I had in mind. I was amazed by her attention to detail—from prepping the nail beds gently, to sculpting the extensions so naturally that they looked like my real nails, only better! The final result was stunning: smooth, glossy, and elegant with no signs of lifting or uneven edges. Even after two weeks, they still look flawless!

The pedicure was equally luxurious. I opted for their spa pedicure, which included an exfoliating scrub, massage, cuticle care, and polish. The technician made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the massage was absolutely heavenly—perfect after a long week on my feet. My feet felt soft and refreshed, and the polish was applied with such precision that I couldn’t stop staring at how neat and vibrant my toes looked.

What stood out the most, though, was the genuine care and effort that the entire team put into creating a relaxing, personalized experience. Nothing felt rushed. Every step was done with precision and pride.

Updated review: I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after my recent experience, I felt compelled to update my original 5-star rating. I went from having one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had to the worst.

During my appointment, the technician cut deeply into the skin on both sides of my toe, which led to immediate pain and inflammation. To clarify, I did not have any ingrown or problematic nails beforehand—this was purely due to the technician cutting too deeply. After having to raise my concerns multiple times, she admitted it was a mistake, apologized, and applied Polysporin.

This experience was particularly upsetting because, as a new mom, this pedicure was meant to be a small act of self-care. Instead, it left me in pain. I accepted a 10% discount (about $9 off my mani-pedi) at the time, mostly because I was feeling low and eager to return home to my baby.

Unfortunately, my toe worsened in the following days. It became more inflamed and painful to walk on. I had to apply Polysporin twice daily for a week, and later developed an ingrown nail on the adjacent toe.

I reached out to the salon to share my experience. They offered me 20% off my next pedicure, but I felt this didn’t reflect the extent of the issue—especially given the ongoing discomfort and the time and effort it took to recover. Even if I had chosen their most expensive pedicure treatment, the discount would have only covered about $10–$15, leaving me still responsible for a significant portion of the cost.

Despite being open to finding a resolution that was fair for both sides, the salon stopped responding altogether. I even followed up, understanding they're a busy salon, but I never heard back.

Let’s start with the lashes — I asked for a soft, natural look that would still enhance my eyes without being too dramatic, and the lash tech absolutely nailed it! The application was super gentle, I barely felt a thing, and the lashes came out beautifully — full, fluttery, and perfectly spaced. No clumps, no irritation, just stunning lashes that still look amazing after nearly two weeks!

Then came the BIAB nails, and wow — I’ve never seen my nails look this healthy and elegant. The nail technician took her time to shape my natural nails, applied the builder gel with such precision, and created the smoothest, glossiest finish I’ve ever had. My nails feel stronger but still flexible, and the color stayed perfect with zero lifting or chipping.

On top of all that, the salon atmosphere was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. I also loved that they gave helpful aftercare tips to make sure both the lashes and nails would last.
