Simon was recommended to us by a friend who had good things to say about him. Our experience with Simon was very pleasant. Simon was professional, and at the same time down-to-earth and approachable. He would send us automatic updates whenever there's a property that fitted our criteria show up on the market. If we were interested, he would promptly pull up the sales history so we could have a better idea of the place before going to see it in person. Simon would meet up with us for all the open houses, and he was always puntual. After the viewing, if asked, he would ask the selling party for all the strata documents for us to review. We would then compare notes with Simon to identify important issues and make informed decisions. Simon was not pushy at all and always allowed us the time and space to make up our own mind. I was introduced to Simon over 8 years ago, and I've never looked back since. He's also very helpful with selling properties, including staging, recommendations, and references to notaries, renovation network, etc. He will be straight with you when you are listing something for too high or too low, or whether the timing is good or not. He builds your trust organically, which seems to be rare in GVA real estate.

IMO there aren't many realtors in the GVA that are worth the value, but he's been in the industry a long time and is honest about property value, issues, and suggestions. I'm fortunate to have someone who is basically a trusted and experienced partner for life in my real estate...

Extremely please with the whole experience from Simon and his team. They stuck with us for a two years before we finally decided to sell. Simon explained the selling strategy he thought was best in the current market and we were pleased with that. He helped with staging suggestions and made sure the place looked as best it could.
