Edit: I have downgraded this to a one star after no attempt from the salon to rectify this situation and hating this stupid strip in the front more each day. ..........,..................

I feel pretty upset about my results from here. I did a lot of research and this place had good reviews. I went to make an apt and they referred me to a stylist who specializes in balayage. I showed him a reference photo of what I was looking for. The 3rd picture is the end result. By the time I got home I was so upset. I never spend money on myself and I had just shelled out $230 For a cut and a balayage that looked nothing like my photo. I called the salon to tell them how upset I was. The stylist was willing to fix it so I went back in for another 3 hours and the last picture is what I'm left with. At least you can tell my hair has been dyed now but it just looks like I've had bleach blonde streaks done. There is no light progression to the tips, and I have a big streak in my front that looks out of place. I'm too poor to shell out more money to fix it so am left with this. The stylist was lovely personality wise but he either didn't understand what I wanted (despite showing the reference photo multiple times) or didn't know how to achieve it. I had a haircut with Sandra, I asked her to cut my split ends and to cut as high as she had to, I told her I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible, but I definitely wanted to get rid of all the split ends cause I didn’t want to have to come back after a month with a bigger problem.
