I just had this massage and it was the worst experience of my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady who did my legs was throwing my legs around like a dog and the pressure was horrible: she wore loose gloves that would irritate my skin and had no rhythm or way of massaging she would press random spots on my leg and then move to my foot and it was all so so horrible. All she would do is put Vaseline on my leg…. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She also sneezed during my service and didn’t wash her hands… it was gross and so unprofessional. The other employees massaging my friend and partner looked because it was unprofessional. She treated me with zero respect and regard to providing a service. My friend enjoyed her massage so maybe it’s just the old lady who did mine. This was the worst place ever and I do not recommend. I talked to the front desk about it and she didn’t say anything except that she hopes I have a goodnight and she will call me if the manager says they can fix it for me since I’m not local. I have been going here for over 10 years And it has been my favourite place to get a massage or reflexology up until about a month ago.. Me and my girlfriend got an extended reflexology, and when I went to pay our bill, it was quite a bit higher than I was used to, When I asked why the price was so high, the woman at the front desk quickly changed the price and said sorry. That left a bad taste of my mouth as I left thinking if I hadn’t mentioned it when she just charged my card for $120 more than what my services cost.

Tonight I went in with a girlfriend to do the same service, extended reflexology. I usually request a woman, but this time I was given a male as we had called last minute to book. My reflexology was the most aggressive and painful I’ve ever experienced, not to mention I did not get the arm and hand massage I am used to at the beginning of the service. When I mentioned my discomfort and negative experience, stating my experiences were usually phenomenal, the receptionist placed the blame on me for not communicating enough with the masseuse about my discomfort.

This place is so frustrating. The location is convenient, the facilities nice, and decent prices. The frustration comes from the fact you never have any idea what you’re going to get. Half the time you’ll get a good to great massage and the other half the time you will get somebody who has literally no experience. You have no idea what you’ll get, compounded by the fact schedules are random and there’s no online booking. All of this has been compounded after Covid as seemingly they’re having a hard time hiring and will basically hire anyone with two hands and ten fingers. If you go here once and get one of the experienced masseuses you’re going to give this place five stars. Go two or three times though and I guarantee you’re luck will run out and you’re going to get one of these masseuses who will basically give you a gentle back rub for...
